We delivered a complete, turnkey renovation that modernized the entire living space through extensive structural, cosmetic, and systemic upgrades. Our team managed the project from the initial floor plan optimization to the final styling, starting with the demolition of partition walls to create an open-concept layout.

We leveled the subfloors, installed waterproof luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, and applied professional matte paint finishes to all walls. In the kitchen and bedrooms, we fitted custom handle-less cabinetry, built-in wardrobes with integrated LED lighting, and stain-resistant white quartz countertops paired with a herringbone tile backsplash. Finally, we completely upgraded the infrastructure by replacing old utility lines with new PEX plumbing and a modern electrical panel, finishing the space with recessed LED spotlights, smart dimmer switches, and premium matte black fixtures
